1. What is your current occupation?
Content Creator is my overall job title! I spend my working hours as the digital director of social media for a non profit organization in California. In my free time I create content on my own social channels giving real and honest advice to young women looking to move to Los Angeles for acting. My dream is to leave the digital space and focus on my love and passion for acting full time!

2. What does your current workout routine look like?
Working from home, it has been crucial for me to incorporate a midday workout to get me out of my chair! Every Tuesday and Thursday at noon I hop on a Zoom call with a friend to train together. We make sure to keep 5 and 8 lbs dumbbells, booty bands, and of course my
POPFLEX yoga mat to work out together!
.
3. What's your go-to quick, healthy meal to whip up?
For breakfast, I LOVE making a quick omelet with lots of veggies, protein, and salsa for a spicy morning meal!

4. What is something you love or are passionate about, that not too many people know about you?
I really love learning about my family history, specifically my grandparents love story. They had such a classic 1950's love story that you only see in the movies, she was a freshman in high school on the cheer team, he was a senior varsity basketball star that every lady swooned over. He fell for his cheerleader on the sidelines and together they created a beautiful life together that ended in cancer taking my grandfather's life after 50 years of marriage. Totally a Nicolas Sparks novel! Over the past few years, I have been interviewing my grandma asking her many stories of their life together and have been writing a script and treatment to hopefully pitch for a full feature film!

1. What is your current occupation?
I am a nutritionist and also finishing my Master’s degree in Food Safety Management. I basically make sure that what you eat is both healthy AND safe (and tasty)! While finishing my studies, I also grind as a yoga teacher and a content creator. This is where I can make my creative side fulfilled while showing people anything is possible when we set our minds to it.
2. What does your current workout routine look like?
People think it’s mostly yoga, but it’s quite the other way around. I am truly not a typical kind of yogi you find out there. I am that girl in the gym you will find lifting heavy weights and trying to push all my boundaries. I like to aim for 5 days a week of hitting the gym - 2 lower body days, 2 upper body days and a 1 total body day. Then after I finish that, I include yoga at the end or I flow with my students while I teach.
I want to point out that I know that my workout routine is a lot, but I have been in sports all my life, plus I have built my way up to this over the years, so to me this kind of routine comes really easy! I always always listen to my body and if I need to rest, then that’s what I'm doing!
3. What's your go-to quick, healthy meal to whip up?
I am not that much of a cook, but I always make sure my plate consists of carbs, proteins and healthy fats. If I am really in a hurry I’ll always reach for eggs, mashed avocado spread on whole wheat toast and a squeeze of lemon on top.
4. What is something you love or are passionate about, that not too many people know about you?
This one is really difficult for me to answer, since I am truly a transparent person, but maybe one thing I would point out is working with kids – teaching them how to eat properly, how to move properly, how to create positive ways of thinking from the young age. I love their playfulness and how they absorb information like a sponge. Working with kids always brings a huge smile to my face!
1. What is your current occupation?
Registered dietician & reformer Pilates instructor :)
2. What does your current workout routine look like?
I usually exercise 4-5 times a week! I love mixing it up with cardio-based workouts, gym sessions, and Pilates. I also take my dogs on leisurely walks a few times weekly.
.
3. What's your go-to quick, healthy meal to whip up?
Growing up in my household, rice was always a staple! Whenever I make rice, I'll make enough to last 2-3 days. For a quick meal I like to bake a salmon filet (seasoned with avocado oil, salt, pepper, lemon). Depending on filet size, I bake it for 15-20 min at 375 °F; fish should be flaky and not raw in the middle! While the fish is baking, I'll stir fry some veggies (rainbow chard, kale, spinach, etc.) and heat up my rice. Meal is ready in <30 minutes!
For an even quicker meal, I like to toast sprouted bread (favorite kind is Squirelly Bread!) and top it off with 1/2 mashed avocado, scrambled eggs, cheese, and Everything but the Bagel seasoning. So satisfying!
.
4. What is something you love or are passionate about, that not too many people know about you?
While I dislike scary movies, I am obsessed with true crime documentaries and thrillers! I also love a great psychological thriller book.

1. What is your current occupation?
I’m a yoga teacher and blogger. I teach Yoga, Ayurveda, cooking and hormonal health. I graduated from law school, but now I run my own company. I love my job and now I’m working on developing my company so I can help more and teach more.
2. What does your current workout routine look like?
When I don’t travel, I do yoga or Pilates everyday usually in the morning. I don’t have super solid routine, because I prefer to listen to my body and adjust my workouts with my body's cycle. I love to lift heavy weight one day or go for a walk another day.
3. What's your go-to quick, healthy meal to whip up?
I love making cookies for a to-go snack! My favorite recipe are cookies made of chickpeas. They are full of protein, taste delicious and are so fulfilling.
4. What is something you love or are passionate about, that not too many people know about you?
I am obsessed with Pomeranians dogs! Waiting for a good time I will be able to have one with my fiancé. ❤️

I previously worked for the City of Columbus part time as the Project Specialist for Community Development. .
2. What does your current workout routine look like?
My current workout routine is a little bit all over the place to be honest. I am working on finding the balance between working at a studio full time and still devoting enough time to my own health and wellness. Working out really helps my mental health, so the
90 Day Journal has been helpful for me to make it a priority by scheduling out exactly what I'm going to do that day for my workout.
.
3. What's your go-to quick, healthy meal to whip up?
During the summer, I try to incorporate as many fresh veggies from my garden into my meals as I can. I grew zucchini, tomatoes, peppers, peas, lettuces/kale, and cucumbers this year! One of my favorite recipes that incorporated a lot of produce was zucchini, feta, and spinach fritters with garlic tzatziki sauce. I was able to make a big batch and have leftovers for the week. YUM! I have also been eating a lot of salads with tomatoes and cucumbers for a quick and easy lunch.
.
4. What is something you love or are passionate about, that not too many people know about you?
I really love Disney! I named all of my animals after Disney characters: Gaston, Dory, and Pepper.

1. What is your current occupation?
When I’m not running after my little baby 👶 or studying for school 🏫 ... I am a yoga instructor who works at a local brewpub called Black Forest Brewing Company in Black Forest, Colorado. Every first Saturday of the month I host an event called ‘Yoga and Brews’ where we have some light hearted yoga fun whilst trying new German inspired brews or maybe just some orange juice! Something I love about my job is I get to chat and tell stories which I LOVE to do as well as incorporate fitness. Life is all about balance, am I right?!
2. What does your current workout routine look like?
My current workout routine is still ‘under construction’ since we just traveled across the country from Maryland to Colorado... so it currently consists of parking lot air squats, husband-assisted playground pull-ups, and baby backpack weighted hikes through quaint towns and villages. It’s starting to normalize now that we made it to our home in Colorado Springs, which consists of a good mixture from weightlifting, cycling, yoga, barre, and Pilates!
3. What's your go-to quick, healthy meal to whip up?
I really have been enjoying Mediterranean food lately so I will give you this recipe down below that’s quick and easy!
Ingredients: 1 whole wheat pita bread, 2 oz of fat free plain Greek yoghurt (I like fage), 1 small onion, 1/2 cup of sliced bell peppers, 2 cups of fresh spinach , 1/2 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved 🍅, Salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano to taste
- Cut pita bread in half and toast
- In a small dish add yoghurt with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and oregano to your taste buds desire! Note: if you like spicy feel free to add red pepper flakes!
- In a pan spray some non stick cooking spray add onions and peppers. Cook over medium for about 5-7 minutes
- Add spinach and tomatoes til the spinach wilts
- Remove from heat. Combine with yogurt. Put in your pita bread
And voila you have a yummy healthy snack. If you would like to add a little more sustenance feel free to add in chicken!
4. What is something you love or are passionate about, that not too many people know about you?
Aside from acquiring new skills whether it’s in fitness or mindfulness I love to do things that I have never done before! I love to challenge myself to get outside of my comfort zone - this year I started making clothes! Also something that I’m passionate about that not many people know is that I love to entertain! I love to create content that makes your heart giggle a little! I’m actually getting very good at ‘Dad Jokes’. Here’s one!
Why are frogs rarely angry?
Because they eat whatever bugs them!
1. What is your current job title/ occupation/ previous job title/ desired occupation?
Currently I work as a caregiver and at UGG. I start school on September 8th to become a Medical Assistant!
.
2. What does your current workout routine look like?
Quarantine has really kicked my butt and I fell off BADLY! I missed having a consistent plan for myself, so I decided to get a personal trainer! Right now I have a plan set up by my friend
@bodybliss_fit that gives me personalized at home workouts that I can fit in to my hectic schedule! I try to incorporate at least 20 minutes of yoga into my daily routine to help me balanced.
.
3. What's your go-to quick, healthy meal to whip up?
My go-to healthy meal is curry veggies! They’re sooo good and simple to make! I just sauté together bell peppers, mushrooms, garlic, onion (and whatever other veggies I have on hand) in olive oil and season them! I use a little extra olive oil so once I add in the curry powder it creates a little sauce! The best part is that they’re so versatile! I use them as a base for so many different recipes and adjust what veggies I use and the quantities accordingly! For example, for breakfast I’ll put them an in an omelette or over scrambled eggs and for lunch/dinner I’ll mix them with some type of protein (tofu, ground turkey, or chicken) and have it over rice.
4. What is something you love or are passionate about, that not too many people know about you?
I really love exploring the metaphysical world in the sense of energy work, tarot, runes, crystal healing, and everything along those lines!
.
1. What is your current occupation?
I’m a physics teacher at a top high school in Bern, Switzerland. I’ve always loved teaching and decided to share my appreciation for physics in the best way I know! I've just started my second year of teaching and am simultaneously getting my teaching degree, so there’s always a lot going on. I also work as a freelance translator and proofreader, mostly for sports medicine and climbing surgery. (Also a side note - it is mandatory to wear masks at school when we are interacting with the students. These photos were shot on a Sunday when the school was completely empty!)
2. What does your current workout routine look like?
I work out nearly every day - I have to move my body, otherwise I get really restless and find it very difficult to concentrate. I don’t have a set routine because I like to listen to what my body needs on any given day. I vary between yoga, pilates, climbing, HIIT, running, and hiking in the mountains. Although I’m not quite ready for the summer to be over, I cannot wait to ski again this winter!
.
3. What's your go-to quick, healthy meal to whip up?
My go-to healthy meal is usually heaps of vegetables from the garden! We are so lucky to have an outdoor space, and this spring I planted soooo many different kinds of vegetables. I love roasting pumpkin in the oven and eating it with quinoa, kale, tomatoes, cucumber, and bell peppers! Sometimes I add a poached egg or some crumbled feta cheese, but the most important part is definitely covering it in hot sauce!
.
4. What is something you love or are passionate about, that not too many people know about you?
Something I love which not many people know about is classical music. I grew up listening to classical music and attending concerts at the Met in New York with my parents. I started playing the piano when I was about 3 and the violin when I was five, and I’m actually named after a piece of music written by Schubert. My sister is a phenomenal pianist and I’ve finally made time over the past year to practice the violin again - I love the process of learning a new piece and hearing the progress I am making. In some ways, music is very similar to yoga in terms of the logical development and connection between individual sections.
