Faux Sherpa Cocoon Coat - Cream

Over all I love it! It’s super cute, super cozy, and perfect for a cold day, but there’s a couple of things that aren’t quite perfect. First of all, the color is not quite what I was expecting from the image. I ordered the cream and it’s certainly cream, the model image just looks a little whiter and less yellowy. It’s still a nice color just not what I expected. Next, the pockets are a little far back, which just makes them awkward to reach my hands into but once my hands are in, it’s no issue. Finally, I wish the sleeves were just a centimeter longer. I just have long arms so the thumb holes are just a smidge to far back to use comfortably

I bought the cream for my mom and I for Christmas presents (since I loved my black one so much!). This new color is not cream. The staff will tell you that different monitors show colors differently but honestly I think when they re-released this after selling out the first time something changed. The clasp is clearly gold on new jacket while both stock pic and old review pic (which I included) show it’s clearly cream. I took pics against both my white sink and compared to an actual cream sweater I have. You can see just how yellow it is. The stock pics are inaccurate for the jacket they are now selling. Unless you look good in yellow I would avoid. So disappointed to be mis-led as this was a Xmas present I was looking forward to sharing with my mom.

I ordered cream but convinced I received taupe. I expected something like the color of my sweater, pictured in the middle but what I got was much darker than a typical cream, pictured on the right. On the left is a pure white skirt for comparison. Even the toggle isn’t close to a cream color. Customer service tried to be helpful but all they could say was “Computer monitors are not all calibrated equally and color reproduction on the Internet is not precise.” I ordered on my iPhone. I’ve not had this issue with any of the other products I’ve ordered from popflex or any website for that matter. I have clothes that are cream and this isn’t it.
The cost is soft and the length is about mid thigh for me, I’m 65” and ordered s/m. The thumb holes are a bit too snug even for my small hands but it is comfy overall.
I haven’t worn it because I’m on the fence about returning it and having to pay for shipping again. I’m doubly annoyed because I ordered mine right before they started offering the free shipping promotion.

Errrrmagerrrrrdddd!!!!!!! I.am.in.love…This Faux Sherpa Cocoon Coat (S/M) is SO SOFT!!!!! It’s lusciously warm and cozy! I could wear it ALL THE TIME! The thumb holes…the pockets…the COMFORT!!! Ahhh!!! It’s PERFECT! I was actually a bit nervous how it would be like…the instant I pulled it out…the feel…omg…the moment I put in on…I am IN HEAVEN! I am not overexaggerating…this is my raw, honest review!

I probably could’ve sized up a bit because the thumb hole area is a bit taut sometimes, but other than that it’s blissfully wonderful! I got a S/M because that’s the size I normally get in the cloud hoodies.

This is the comfiest article of clothing that I own. That being said, I have a lot of issues with this coat. 1) it’s unflattering on a bigger frame, 2) the thumb holes are just a LITTLE too small, 3) the pockets are too far back on the sides to feel usable, and 4) there should be an optional way to fasten it tighter. Right now I can see myself getting more use out of it as an around-the-house lounge item than as a real coat.

This coat feels very luxurious to wear and keeps me warm even in 0°C, as long as it's not windy. It's as fluffy on the inside as it is on the outside! The fit is nice both open and closed. Love the big hood, generous pockets and most of all the thumbholes!

Shipping was surprisingly fast to Sweden. I am very happy with my purchase and the money was well spent (even though the customs duty added an extra $20 to get past the border in my country). Thank you for your beautiful designs Cassey!
