RETURNS: We accept returns (excluding Final Sale items) within 30 days of purchase in unworn, unwashed condition with all tags and adhesive liners intact. U.S. returns will have a $5.95 return fee applied that covers the cost of shipping your return back, as we will be providing the shipping label. Your initial shipping charges will not be refunded, only the purchase price of the items you're returning will be refunded. For International returns, you are responsible for any shipping charges spent to mail your return back.

It's finally spring in my town, so I can wear my new cap. This cap is an answer to my prayers.
I like high ponytails so wearing a cap was a real pain. This one is sooo comfortable. Also, the colour is so nice and the fabric is very pleasant to touch. The cap was packaged very well so that it would not lose its shape.
The only flaw I can see is that it's a bit flat. (I'm not a native English speaker, is that the right word?) I'm afraid if the wind is strong, the cap may fly off my head. I wish there would be deeper models in the future.

I ordered the same one last year, just in a different color. I noticed they removed the structure at the top—maybe to prevent damage during shipping since it can be crumpled now. I really like the colors! I just wish the M/L size was a little bigger in terms of shape.

I love the hat, but M/L does not fit me. If you can, please make larger size. It is also due to how thick my hair is. It does not matter if I braid or tie my hair up or fix the hat. It feels tight on my head either way :)

I am impressed with the quality and fit. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I'm ready to toss out my old ballcaps. I've been able to wear a high pony, a low braid, and work outside with no issues. The structure and fabric are fabulous.
