Wore this grocery shopping and then hopped in my stationary bike for a ride. There is not a lot of support and I have a large chest so I would not wear it for any type of high intensity workout. But I definitely feel supported!

I love this tank. I love the square neckline and the comfort of the fit. I have it in several colors and it looks great with leggings, jeans, shorts, skorts, you name it. The sizing is forgiving with some stretch and the removable cups are comfy. I do notice the white one is a little bit see through with the cups but that's understandable I guess. It's good for just throwing on for errands or a day out or any easy/low impact exercise.

I got this tank in the color Oasis while it was on sale. I have worn it while walking on the treadmill. It offers a decent amount of support. I wouldn't wear this for anything more than low-medium impact. But it did its job and fits well :)
