RETURNS: Returns are complimentary with Checkout+ and are accepted within 30 days of purchase. All items must be in unworn, unwashed condition with all tags and adhesive liners intact. All panties must be returned in their original sealed bag with all tags intact. If you do not select Checkout+ you will purchase a return label inside the portal. Each return must use the label provided and multiple orders cannot be combined with one label. Your initial shipping charges and optional Checkout+ will not be refunded only the returned items are eligible for refund. International orders are not subject to Checkout+ however return labels are available for purchase inside the returns portal. You will not be refunded for initial shipping charges or any customs/taxes required for delivery. Items marked as final sale and gift cards are not eligible for return.
EXCHANGES: Customers in the U.S. who selected Checkout+ are eligible to make as many exchanges as needed to achieve their perfect fit provided all exchanges are completed within 30 days of purchase. If you opt out of Checkout+ we offer two complimentary U.S. exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Should you need more than two exchanges you can purchase a label inside the portal. Eligible items in the required condition can be exchanged for any product in the store.An even exchange is defined as changing the size of the same item. If selecting a new item or color of the same item you will be credited for the amount paid and you will be able to shop the full site with that credit. If there is a price difference you will either be credited to your original payment method if the item selected is lower in price, or you will be prompted to enter your preferred payment method if the item is higher in price.
International orders are not eligible for exchange we are only able to accept returns from customers shopping outside of the U.S.

It’s sooooo cute!!! I usually a 2x when I order from popflex but I probably could have gone down a size. I pretty much have the straps tightened all the way and the top part is veeeerrrry loose. So while it’s cute and I like wearing it at home, I definitely couldn’t wear it on like a vacation when I would be sharing a room/bed with friends or family or I would end up with my chest exposed. But for just around the house or on my own it’s perfect. I like to wear some sleep shorts I have with it too for more coverage and the dress is just long enough to cover them so you can’t really tell I’m wearing them, which I like a lot. Over all I really like the dress! I would just warn people who are overly sensitive to texture because the top seam does have an interesting feeling. But the rest of the dress is a really nice cotton fabric!! But yes I love her!! I got the Berry Pink color and it’s soooooo flattering!!!!

Such a sweet dress! I am usually an M in everything popflex (skirts, bras, dresses) but this one I probably could have sized down, the flowers on the end of the straps ended up hidden in my armpit instead of at the front part😂 But absolutely stunning and so comfy!

I am absolutely in LOVE with this dress! And no matter what color I wear it makes me feel so feminine. Perfect for romanticizing your life! I went ahead and paired them with the matching shorts to make myself a little more comfortable when out and about or in common living spaces. It’s more of a peace of mind thing for me, knowing I’m covered even if I feel like twirling - because oh yes! This is twirlable ! Highly recommend! For reference I’m 5’7 and wearing a medium dress and matching medium shorts.

Absolutely love the fit and feel of this nightie! It's a bit short, but definitely super cute and makes me feel like a fairy cupcake!! It's see-through, so not sure of wearing it out, but a very cute sleep dress!
