Pirouette Skort - Bubblegum

It really is the perfect twirl-able skirt that "fits like skin"!!!
I love the way it snatches my waist and the way moves when I spin and the way I feel comfortable in the camel-toe-free shorts! Was seriously considering getting it more colors, but then it started fraying and pilling after like 2 wears even before washing... :/
Really disappointing as I for the price I thought the fabric would hold up to vigorous wear, especially since it's supposed to be for working out (which I didn't really even do lmao--just wore it to look cute :P)

I am a plus-sized figure skater. I'm always looking for cutesy skirts and skorts that also offer the coverage and support that smaller people usually get with active gear. This skort in digital lavender is that! I'm 5'4", 190 lbs, waist 36 inches, hips 44 inches; chest (underboob) 38 inches, bust 46 inches (bra size 40G). Bottoms I fit L/XL and tops I fit XL/1X. I was going to order a large because I need firm compression, but I went with XL based on reviews. I'm glad I did because the large would've been far too tight (all the other XL leggings and skorts I ordered were just sent in exchange for size large.)

My one recommendation is to have more compression in the front FUPA area of the short. The high-waisted skirt fits in a way that covers the lower belly, but when the skirt lifts, my lone chunky roll is very visible. The short's compression is excellent and does not move at all on me. I'm in a losing weight phase, so I hope this skort holds up until I'm ready to size my future purchases down again.

Lastly, and this is just my figure skating heart speaking, I would like to have a second layer under the top skirt. It would look good on the ice. If you were to create figure-skating-specific designs, you'd never want for business. My next purchase may be a bra if one is released that's truly high-impact for us bust-heavy peeps. I will not purchase the current super bra as it stands. And if you need a short and chunky athletic model that fits three of your sizes depending on the design, hit me up... I'm broke and cannot afford you and went into debt to buy this. Your gear is so expensive, and I decided (against better judgment) to finance my purchase. :)

The product is of excellent quality—the material is soft and it actually "fits like skin". The best detail is the pockets. However, I'd recommend sizing up.

My frustration is regarding the shipping price and time. I paid 12.95€ for shipping, which took nearly a month to arrive. With a price of 61.35€ plus 19,30€ in customs, the total cost for one item exceeded 80€, which feels excessive.
Considering that shipping from Eastern countries is often free and arrives within a week, this long delay feels unacceptable. I understand the demand has spiked after Taylor’s videos, but faster service is a reasonable expectation at these prices.

I was initially willing to buy more items and even pay the customs fees, but after this experience, I'm seriously doubting whether it's worth it.

Lovely skirt and very comfortable. I ordered white and surprised it doesn't get dirty easily. True to size as well.

I saw a lot of reviews about the plus size skirts being shorter than the shorts underneath, and it was off putting for me to order. I finally bit the bullet and ordered to try it out. It’s absolutely perfect! I feel like a princess, it’s so comfy, and I love the short/skirt length ratio. My only complain would be that the sizing is skewed small, because I had to size up in order to fit my measurements comfortably. I’m usually a 2xl and went with a 3xl.

I was super influenced to get this skort after seeing Taylor wear in in two different videos, and loved how it looked! Overall the skort is great and I love how flowy the skirt element is, and that the shorts underneath aren't super short. However, I am slightly disappointed with how noticeably long the skirt element is, at least in the extended sizes. I ordered a 1X and the skirt brushes the top of my knees, versus Taylor's Version which is a more expected mid-thigh (if not shorter) appearance.
I'm assuming this is a weird design choice for the plus sizes, which is super disappointing. It doesn't appear the standard sizes have this issue based on reviews I've seen. It's not like the shorts underneath are going all the way down; those end slightly above mid thigh, closer to where the skirt ends on the Taylor image. Not sure why the skirt is SO long.
