RETURNS: Returns are complimentary with Checkout+ and are accepted within 30 days of purchase. All items must be in unworn, unwashed condition with all tags and adhesive liners intact. All panties must be returned in their original sealed bag with all tags intact. If you do not select Checkout+ you will purchase a return label inside the portal. Each return must use the label provided and multiple orders cannot be combined with one label. Your initial shipping charges and optional Checkout+ will not be refunded only the returned items are eligible for refund. International orders are not subject to Checkout+ however return labels are available for purchase inside the returns portal. You will not be refunded for initial shipping charges or any customs/taxes required for delivery. Items marked as final sale and gift cards are not eligible for return.

These pants are the definition of cozy! Glad you’re enjoying them.
I debated for a while before ordering these sweatpants and ultimately went with a size XXS even though I’m usually an XS (for a fitted look) or S (for a baggier fit) in other brands. For reference, I’m 5'3" and typically a size 0–2 in pants (25–26.5” waist). After reading several reviews that mentioned they run large, I decided to take a huge chance and I’m so glad I did! The XXS fits perfectly, giving me that slightly fitted look I was going for. They're super comfortable and I’m happy they stayed just as cozy after the first wash. I’m so excited to finally lounge around in my very first pair of Cloud Sweatpants. Definitely worth the wait!

I bought this in mystic purple in a size M, a size down from my normal Popflex bottoms size L. I can wear the M rolled over too. Please make this in bubblegum and oasis!!

I bought these and seashell and the color is a lot warmer toned than I anticipated. It is almost sandy colored. I got my normal size, but could have afforded to size down. The rise is quite high and sits over my belly button. I have tried the rollover aspect and I don’t care for it much personally because I prefer the higher rise. I will say the tag scratches me when I roll the waist band over. I could just cut the tag, but I don’t roll it over enough for it to be an issue. I would love to see a tear away tag in the future!
