RETURNS: Returns are complimentary with Checkout+ and are accepted within 30 days of purchase. All items must be in unworn, unwashed condition with all tags and adhesive liners intact. All panties must be returned in their original sealed bag with all tags intact. If you do not select Checkout+ you will purchase a return label inside the portal. Each return must use the label provided and multiple orders cannot be combined with one label. Your initial shipping charges and optional Checkout+ will not be refunded only the returned items are eligible for refund. International orders are not subject to Checkout+ however return labels are available for purchase inside the returns portal. You will not be refunded for initial shipping charges or any customs/taxes required for delivery. Items marked as final sale and gift cards are not eligible for return. 

EXCHANGES:  Customers in the U.S. who selected Checkout+ are eligible to make as many exchanges as needed to achieve their perfect fit provided all exchanges are completed within 30 days of purchase.  If you opt out of Checkout+ we offer two complimentary U.S. exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Eligible items in the required condition can be exchanged for any product in the store.An even exchange is defined as changing the size of the same item. Great work bag

I was looking for a stylish but functional work bag and this fit the bill. The backpack is large and roomy but not too overwhelming, especially as a petite (5’2”) woman - a lot of large backpacks can be boxy and overtake me but not the case here! My work computer is a 16” MacBook Pro, and it fits beautifully - I don’t even put it in a separate case anymore because I feel like the bag provides enough protection in transit. I was surprised that the front pocket closures are only magnets though, sometimes I feel like I have to take an extra second to make sure the magnets meet and that the pockets are closed. I wouldn’t put anything valuable in there as my office is in a downtown city environment and I feel like the pockets could easily be opened. Not a big problem for me as my commute on foot is short, but I could see it being a thing of note for someone who has a long walking commute or takes a lot of busy public transit. But overall it’s a great durable bag that fits all I need (even an extra set of gym clothes in the bottom compartment) and I’m happy about this purchase!

Great, Sturdy Backpack!

I've used a lot of backpacks through the years, and I've never found one this sturdy and heavy duty. The inner lining is light colored so it's easy to see and navigate, the pockets are useful, and the water bottle straps inside the backpack is big enough to hold my 40oz hydro flask bottle. It's amazing and highly recommend!

Good Backpack

I love this backpack. I use it for school every day. I will say that sometimes the dimensions can be a little small for my computer and other things, but I still take it everywhere and use it all the time. The number of pockets in the backpack is amazing, and I especially love the hook for my keys. Also, the water resistance is amazing for days I have to trek across campus while it's pouring rain.

Obsessed!

I really really love this bag, it was a gift to myself after finishing my bachelors degree and starting a my masters and OMG do I love it! I live in Iceland where it can get insanely dark and at night so we usually have to have a thing that reflects light (sorry don't remember the word) on our clothes when walking outside so cars will see us and with this bag I can be stylish as well!
Plus, everything I've ever wanted in a bag is in this one so I highly recommend!
