DELIVERY TIME: Please allow 5-8 days for delivery of your order if in the U.S. Please allow 2-5 weeks for international orders to arrive depending on each country's customs inspection and postal delivery practices.

RETURNS: Returns are complimentary with Checkout+ and are accepted within 30 days of purchase. All items must be in unworn, unwashed condition with all tags and adhesive liners intact. All panties must be returned in their original sealed bag with all tags intact. If you do not select Checkout+ you will purchase a return label inside the portal. Each return must use the label provided and multiple orders cannot be combined with one label. Your initial shipping charges and optional Checkout+ will not be refunded only the returned items are eligible for refund. International orders are not subject to Checkout+ however return labels are available for purchase inside the returns portal. You will not be refunded for initial shipping charges or any customs/taxes required for delivery. Items marked as final sale and gift cards are not eligible for return. 

EXCHANGES:  Customers in the U.S. who selected Checkout+ are eligible to make as many exchanges as needed to achieve their perfect fit provided all exchanges are completed within 30 days of purchase.  If you opt out of Checkout+ we offer two complimentary U.S. exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Should you need more than two exchanges you can purchase a label inside the portal. Eligible items in the required condition can be exchanged for any product in the store.An even exchange is defined as changing the size of the same item. Perfect for storing pop tarts!

I always slide a few extra pop tarts into the keyhole before I go on my run, that way when I get home, they are nice and warm.

Ate and left no crumbs

The magnetic crotch is something I never knew existed but changed my perspective of life. The keyhole for the butt is so DIY you can see the inconsistency in scissors cuts when it was literally made not handmade, how cool is that?😍 The butt pads gives the perfect filter look like in the YouTube video, literally applies it in real life, my hips are 4 times larger, and helps with sore (ass)et on long car rides. Also thank you Cassey for the options in the butt type, I’m a Las Vegas sphere, and at 13 years old it’s hard to find leggings that are both not too long and fitting my big back, but these leggings fit me perfectly, I’m in love❤️😍
