RETURNS: Returns are complimentary with Checkout+ and are accepted within 30 days of purchase. All items must be in unworn, unwashed condition with all tags and adhesive liners intact. All panties must be returned in their original sealed bag with all tags intact. If you do not select Checkout+ you will purchase a return label inside the portal. Each return must use the label provided and multiple orders cannot be combined with one label. Your initial shipping charges and optional Checkout+ will not be refunded only the returned items are eligible for refund. International orders are not subject to Checkout+ however return labels are available for purchase inside the returns portal. You will not be refunded for initial shipping charges or any customs/taxes required for delivery. Items marked as final sale and gift cards are not eligible for return.
EXCHANGES: Customers in the U.S. who selected Checkout+ are eligible to make as many exchanges as needed to achieve their perfect fit provided all exchanges are completed within 30 days of purchase. Eligible items in the required condition can be exchanged for any product in the store.An even exchange is defined as changing the size of the same item. If selecting a new item or color of the same item you will be credited for the amount paid and you will be able to shop the full site with that credit. If there is a price difference you will either be credited to your original payment method if the item selected is lower in price, or you will be prompted to enter your preferred payment method if the item is higher in price.
International orders are not eligible for exchange we are only able to accept returns from customers shopping outside of the U.S.

My measurements match the 1x measurements but since this oversized I opted for the L/XL since I carry most of my weight on my lower half. Upon receiving I was amazed at the heaviness and great quality. It was definitely oversized! I hurried to try it on and it felt so huge! I contemplated returning it for a size smaller but after setting it side for a bit, I tried it on again and unzipped the zippers and omg I loved how it looks! The neck is a little fitted so I decided to keep L/XL since it *might* shrink a bit after the wash/dry. Even if it doesn’t, that’s OK because I ended up loving it the size it is! It feels so cozy!! I will definitely get another color! I already convinced my friend to get one too!!

i am absolutely loving this fit. the big front pocket, the THUMBHOLES, the zippers are so cute, and i love the booty coverage. so comfortable and i was thrilled to see 100% cotton as well!
im usually a medium on top and a large on bottom so grabbed the medium/large in the vintage teal and it is perfectly oversized. love all the colors on this one, might be back for another one!

I love all my popflex hoodies like children (equally) but when I received this one in Black the day of a 20% off sale...I bought one more in Vintage Teal. And then just one more in Vintage Plum...because honestly, the zippers are perfect. The fit is perfect. I love how lightweight this is! And 100% Cotton! I can tell these will be serving me throughout the year. I love the commitment to quality and I have no complaints but now 100% natural fibers in some of these pieces is an absolute no brainer. There are a billion crewnecks out there but this is elite. I love how this one feels like a full reinvention. Can't wait for more 100% cotton pieces to come out! Love these vintage washes as well

It’s great. Arms a little tight when using thumb holes (I tired m/l and the size up & went w the smaller on. I’m a 1x but larger had same issue)
