RETURNS: We accept returns (excluding Final Sale items) within 30 days of purchase in unworn, unwashed condition with all tags and adhesive liners intact. U.S. returns will have a $5.95 return fee applied that covers the cost of shipping your return back, as we will be providing the shipping label. Your initial shipping charges will not be refunded, only the purchase price of the items you're returning will be refunded. For International returns, you are responsible for any shipping charges spent to mail your return back.

I love that everything was thought of from goals to large enough spots to build your own workout routine and boxes to track what you eat. It also has a spot to track weight and measurements for each month and difficulty levels of workouts so you can see yourself getting stronger and track what workouts are challenging you.

One of my goals for 2025 was to get a planner where I could track all areas of my life and to stay more organized. Not only is this journal a vibe, but it has so much space and sections to keep tabs on your work, social, fitness and mental health journeys. The sparkly band is an extra bonus too! I bring it to work every day and fill it out each day and it is pretty satisfying. Cant recommend this enough to the people who need organization to feel put together and calm.
The only tiny issue is that the black cover does smudge fairly easy with fingerprints, but that won’t affect my rating of how incredible this planner is for your life. I’ll be buying one every year!!

So far I love this planner, I got it in rainbow gradient! It helps keep me accountable for workouts and drinking plenty of water! I especially love the extra pages for inspiration/notes. I used it as a mini dream “board”.
