Pirouette Skort - Emerald

A really cute skirt, a bit on the pricey side, but would recommend getting them during sales for the best value. The material is decent, and is comfortable across an extended period of time. True to size! I'm a 27.5" waist, 40" hips and I wear Size S.

This skirt design is my absolute favorite and I've turned so many people around me for popflex! This is honestly, no exaggeration, the best skort I own, athletic or otherwise! It fits great and the shorts underneath compress the perfect amount, not too tight or loose. The skirt flows perfectly around the shorts, and it makes me feel gorgeous whenever I dance! I also love the fact that the skirt is longer in the back, and the built in shorts are long enough and don’t ride up! I wore the Ruby skirt for close to 16 hours when I went to a music festival, and NOT ONCE did those shorts ever ride up, which is nearly unheard of coming from someone with larger thighs. The mesh for the skirt is also very good quality because my dog has stepped on my lavender skirt and scratched at it and it didn’t tear. I also sat in grass in my lavender skirt, and no grass got into the built in shorts, nor did any of the grass stick onto the skort itself! The only downside I’d say is that the shorts can be a bit long and peek out from under the skirt, but honestly, they don’t ride up, so I’m ok with it! One of the plastic aglets also came off of the drawstring of my buttercream skort, which isn’t a huge issue, but maybe it was just a quality thing with that specific skort. Either way, I love this skort; Cassey slayed!!

I,m wearing it anywhere! my friends fell in love with it as well and always borrow it from me. I just now am ordering more for them and for me as well, all the way to Israel where we need some more cool active (and fun) wear, especially with the size options are so wide and no matter what size you are you dont feel excluded.

I bought size XL (Im 1.6 meter and 97 kg) but I feel size L would work better for me as the waist area very comfurtable.

This skort is perfect for just about everything. I run several times a week and have never even thought about upgrading my pairs of worn, 6 year old trusty shorts until I saw this and wondered, "What if?." I didn't think it was my style until I put it on. Wow. The built in shorts are so very buttery soft and stay in place. Feeling like a princess is the most unexpected, power-inducing mood booster on long runs! Who knew that was a thing? 5'4" / 135 lbs and a M fit great. Thanks, Poplex, for spicing up workouts with this functional, killer piece that transitioned perfectly to a casual date afternoon with the right shoes(;

This skirt is perfect for every occasion. You can of course work out in it comfortably, but it's so versatile for after-gym errands or for a cute daytime outfit. I get so many compliments on it. The shorts underneath are perfect for holding everything you need without carrying a bag, and a great length to cover you without being too covered up.
