I was super influenced to get this skort after seeing Taylor wear in in two different videos, and loved how it looked! Overall the skort is great and I love how flowy the skirt element is, and that the shorts underneath aren't super short. However, I am slightly disappointed with how noticeably long the skirt element is, at least in the extended sizes. I ordered a 1X and the skirt brushes the top of my knees, versus Taylor's Version which is a more expected mid-thigh (if not shorter) appearance.
I'm assuming this is a weird design choice for the plus sizes, which is super disappointing. It doesn't appear the standard sizes have this issue based on reviews I've seen. It's not like the shorts underneath are going all the way down; those end slightly above mid thigh, closer to where the skirt ends on the Taylor image. Not sure why the skirt is SO long.

I love this skirt. It is so so so cute and makes me excited to work out. I just wish the undershorts were a tiny bit longer?? I think I need to size down to have more compression in the shorts then maybe they won’t roll but then I’ll lose the length of the 1X if I go down to the XL so we’ll see. Super soft and flattering even with a lil belly rolls!

I feel like a trendy and sporty ballerina in this skirt! It cinches your waist in all the right places and I love the shorts underneath that don’t ever ride up. I now have three colors of this skirt/skort and I’m sure I’ll grab more!

I recently purchased a big order for the first time and so far I loved the items I’ve worn. Today I wanted to wear my yellow pirouette skirt for the first time and noticed the strings from the stitching were loose making the holes by waist string bigger than my other skirt in ivory. I love the way the skirt itself feels and will re-enforce the stitching myself. But for the price I feel like I shouldn’t have to worry about stitching unraveling and holes getting bigger if I wear it.
