My New Favorite Workout Dress

I found this dress so flattering! I felt so confident and the country blue color goes so well any sweater, wrap, socks, shoes, etc. I used the size chart and my measurements and it fit perfectly! The fabric is the usual Popflex quality and comforting feel. I love it and I hope Cassey drops this in other colors - I’d splurge and buy more in other colors.

Feel like about to dance!

I cannot stop twirling with this dress, the fabric and outer design is amazing. The only thing I don’t like about lot it that the inside is separate and full body, but I can live with this just because of how awesome it is looks.

I am obsessed

I got this dress to wear to the gym, but I want to wear it everywhere. I go to a strength training focused gym and I get so many compliments from the other women there and some of the guys too. It is super comfortable no matter what I'm lifting, if I'm running, or if I'm just running errands. I'm looking forward to wearing it on bike rides next year. My only complaints are it can be tricky to get out of when you're suuuuuper sweaty and when you wash it, tie the strings in the front otherwise it can sometimes sneak out, but it is super easy to rethread.
