It says low impact which it def is BUT overall fit for yoga, just wearing or on powerlifting days where I’m not jumping this feels amazing. I did wear it to ride atvs and there was a lot of bounce but I looked super cute

The sweetheart neckline is very flattering but the straps are loose unless I pull the bra down and the waist band is too tight and not friendly for my belly when it expands. I’m 5’2, roughly 160lbs, smaller boobs but bigger belly so I got the midflex. Unfortunately, the proportions don’t work well for me but this top is lovely and I wish I had received it in the garnet as well but they had an inventory issue and had run out. However, they did refund me for it and gave me a coupon which I haven’t used yet and pray it still works since it’s been a few weeks

This is my fav. The fabric and design amazing as always. Got this in blue mid. True to size. I cant wait til they restock. I need to get the red ones. I have no complaints.

It's a super cute style and I love the color and the option to add pads inside. Unfortunately the straps are too long and they slide down. I wore it once to do a HIIT workout and I spent a lot of time sliding the straps back up. I'll probably have to cut the straps and sew them a little shorter or just put a normal bra under it and wear it as a crop top but unfortunately I can't wear it to workout.

Overall nice crop top. If you're hoping for a vibrant crimson color like I was, you may be disappointed to find the garnet appears more muted than pictured.
While the top comes with pockets to insert padding, it does not come with the padding.
For sizing, my bust is 33 inches in circumference. I typically wear a size 36C in Victoria's Secret sizing and a size S for my Popflex Daphne corset crop top. For this top, I purchased an extra small flex, which was the right fit for me. The look is streamlined with no awkward wrinkles, and I feel comfortable due to the fabric's stretchiness. I do not feel constricted with this size.

this bra may be comfortable for lounging - but i am not sure i would wear this in the gym. also, normal sizes are way too big and I definitely needed to size down from my normal size because (as you can see in the picture) it kept bunching up around the bottom band no matter how i adjusted it
