Recently, on the POPFLEX Instagram, we've been sharing these beautiful smoothie recipes. Today, we're doing a quick round-up so you have ALL the inspo and info you need for these awesome smoothies in the same place!!!
(P.S. You can TOTALLY sub plant milk in the below recipes for regular milk, peanut butter for any nut butter you like, and banana for half an avocado!!!)
1. Mango Madness Smoothie 🥭
Ingredients:
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup coconut yogurt
- 1 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 1 medium carrot, grated
2. PB&J Smoothie 🙌
Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 banana, cut up into chunks and frozen
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 Tbsp natural peanut butter
3. Key Lime Pie Smoothie 💫
Ingredients:
- 1 cup coconut water
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- 2 Tbsp organic, shredded coconut
- 2 pitted dates
- 1 handful of ice
- 1 handful of spinach leaves
- 1/2 avocado
4. Healthy Apple Pie Smoothie 🍅
Ingredients:
- 1 apple
- 1 banana
- 1 cup gluten-free oats
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup vanilla greek yogurt (or dairy free alternative)
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp ground cloves
5. Piña Colada Smoothie 🍍
Ingredients:
- 1/2 can coconut milk
- 1 banana, peeled and frozen
- 1/2 can crushed pineapple
6. Strawberry Watermelon Chia Smoothie 🍉
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup cubed watermelon, with the seeds removed
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup medium ripe banana, sliced and frozen
- 1/4 cup milk of choice
- Juice of 1/2 a lime
- 1/2 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
7. Cherry Vanilla Smoothie 🍒
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups frozen pitted cherries
- 1 1/3 cups plant-based milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp almond extract
- 1 cup ice
- a pinch of salt
8. Raspberry Sunrise Smoothie 🍊
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups frozen raspberries
- 2/3 cup plant-based milk
- 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
- 2/3 cup orange juice
- 1 cup ice
9. Wake Up Coffee Smoothie 🍌
Ingredients:
- 1 banana, frozen and sliced
- 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee
- 1/2 cup plant based milk
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- Optional spoonful of nut butter
10. Chai Smoothie ☕️
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups chai, cooled
- 1 cup plant-based milk
- 1 cup ice
- Ground cinnamon to taste
11. Banana Peanut Butter Smoothie 🍌💫
Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup plant based milk
- 1 tsp natural peanut butter, creamy
- 3 ice cubes
12. Strawberry Banana Smoothie 🍓
Ingredients:
- 1/2 frozen banana
- Handful of mint or basil
- 1 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1 Tbsp sweetener of choice
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 cup strawberries
