RETURNS: Returns are complimentary with Checkout+ and are accepted within 30 days of purchase. All items must be in unworn, unwashed condition with all tags and adhesive liners intact. All panties must be returned in their original sealed bag with all tags intact. If you do not select Checkout+ you will purchase a return label inside the portal. Each return must use the label provided and multiple orders cannot be combined with one label. Your initial shipping charges and optional Checkout+ will not be refunded only the returned items are eligible for refund. International orders are not subject to Checkout+ however return labels are available for purchase inside the returns portal. You will not be refunded for initial shipping charges or any customs/taxes required for delivery. Items marked as final sale and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Eligible items in the required condition can be exchanged for any product in the store.An even exchange is defined as changing the size of the same item. I was intrigued by Cassey's Tiktok video on 'the hoodie that hoodies' and stashed it away in the back of my mind, waiting for the colour I wanted to come back in stock. When it arrived, I had my doubts, it looked big and kinda shapeless but once on, I fell in love and have stayed in love, it's blousy and romantic and more than just functional, I feel cute, I feel comfy and I LOVE it, it accompanied me on many hospital trips while I was going through chemo and it kept me cozy. I have my eye on the non-zipper version now. Be warned, I recommend sizing down for the perfect fit, I'm normally a US size 10/12 but the S/M is just right for me.

I have this in Taupe and absolutely adore it. It’s so soft and the shape is so cute! I like to wear it off the shoulder and it always makes it looks like I put some effort into my look. Definitely a compliment getter! Now I need it in every color.

This hoodie is everything - it’s soft, comfy, truly oversized just in right places (no need to size up). I’m OBSESSED with the hood! It’s so pretty and practical, i can put it on even if my hair is in a clip. Best purchase i’ve made in years :Ddd
