RETURNS: Returns are complimentary with Checkout+ and are accepted within 30 days of purchase. All items must be in unworn, unwashed condition with all tags and adhesive liners intact. All panties must be returned in their original sealed bag with all tags intact. If you do not select Checkout+ you will purchase a return label inside the portal. Each return must use the label provided and multiple orders cannot be combined with one label. Your initial shipping charges and optional Checkout+ will not be refunded only the returned items are eligible for refund. International orders are not subject to Checkout+ however return labels are available for purchase inside the returns portal. You will not be refunded for initial shipping charges or any customs/taxes required for delivery. Items marked as final sale and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Eligible items in the required condition can be exchanged for any product in the store.An even exchange is defined as changing the size of the same item. I am 5'4" 125lbs. I went over the size chart and fit from peoples pictures and decided I wanted the baggy fit of the S/M even though the XXS/XS would have fit as well. I wanted the drama, and that is exactly what I got! It is perfect!

It took me months to order this item and I’m so glad I finally did!! I have kids so I don’t like to spend so much on myself but this was a great reward!!
