RETURNS: Returns are complimentary with Checkout+ and are accepted within 30 days of purchase. All items must be in unworn, unwashed condition with all tags and adhesive liners intact. All panties must be returned in their original sealed bag with all tags intact. If you do not select Checkout+ you will purchase a return label inside the portal. Each return must use the label provided and multiple orders cannot be combined with one label. Your initial shipping charges and optional Checkout+ will not be refunded only the returned items are eligible for refund. International orders are not subject to Checkout+ however return labels are available for purchase inside the returns portal. You will not be refunded for initial shipping charges or any customs/taxes required for delivery. Items marked as final sale and gift cards are not eligible for return.
EXCHANGES: Customers in the U.S. who selected Checkout+ are eligible to make as many exchanges as needed to achieve their perfect fit provided all exchanges are completed within 30 days of purchase. If you opt out of Checkout+ we offer two complimentary U.S. exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Should you need more than two exchanges you can purchase a label inside the portal. Eligible items in the required condition can be exchanged for any product in the store.An even exchange is defined as changing the size of the same item. If selecting a new item or color of the same item you will be credited for the amount paid and you will be able to shop the full site with that credit. If there is a price difference you will either be credited to your original payment method if the item selected is lower in price, or you will be prompted to enter your preferred payment method if the item is higher in price.
International orders are not eligible for exchange we are only able to accept returns from customers shopping outside of the U.S.

Super cute! Very oversized! (Which I like!) the colors were more muted when the came, but the delivery was super fast! Thre days earlier than expected! I've been wanted this sweatshirt in the color pistachio for a while now, but haven't got it, thought I'd get it while it was on sale and definitely worth it! I love it!

I'm 4'11" and got the extra extra small/ extra small size. The waist band allows me to wear it at a nice high waisted jean height, but I could pull it down to my butt if I really wanted to. I've been waiting for the pink to be back in stock but got the mystic purple while it was on sale to make sure I liked it and the size. I plan on getting the pink one as well when it comes back in stock!

I now own 3 of the cloud hoodies. One in L/XL (my recommended size since I'm an XL in everything else). One in M/L which was still very big. One in S/M and the S/M fits the best. These are extremely oversized. This stone one I own in M/L. And it's still extremely comfy. But if you want it to look how it looks on the models, go off your height because then the waist will hit in the right place and the sleeves will hit in the right place.

I bought this hoodie because I wanted something cute and comfy for an international airplane ride. It’s so soft and I love the oversized hoodie. I can completely cover my face making airplane ride cozy. Washes well, but PLEASE follow the washing instructions to keep the luxury of the hoodie. Finally a hoodie for women! Love!
