RETURNS: Returns are complimentary with Checkout+ and are accepted within 30 days of purchase. All items must be in unworn, unwashed condition with all tags and adhesive liners intact. All panties must be returned in their original sealed bag with all tags intact. If you do not select Checkout+ you will purchase a return label inside the portal. Each return must use the label provided and multiple orders cannot be combined with one label. Your initial shipping charges and optional Checkout+ will not be refunded only the returned items are eligible for refund. International orders are not subject to Checkout+ however return labels are available for purchase inside the returns portal. You will not be refunded for initial shipping charges or any customs/taxes required for delivery. Items marked as final sale and gift cards are not eligible for return.
EXCHANGES: Customers in the U.S. who selected Checkout+ are eligible to make as many exchanges as needed to achieve their perfect fit provided all exchanges are completed within 30 days of purchase. If you opt out of Checkout+ we offer two complimentary U.S. exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Should you need more than two exchanges you can purchase a label inside the portal. Eligible items in the required condition can be exchanged for any product in the store.An even exchange is defined as changing the size of the same item. If selecting a new item or color of the same item you will be credited for the amount paid and you will be able to shop the full site with that credit. If there is a price difference you will either be credited to your original payment method if the item selected is lower in price, or you will be prompted to enter your preferred payment method if the item is higher in price.
International orders are not eligible for exchange we are only able to accept returns from customers shopping outside of the U.S.

Oh my gosh, I didn’t know what I was looking for in a hoodie until I got the cloud. Oversized but flattering demure but sporty so soft so comfy. The big hood feels so luxurious love love love! I will be getting it in many colors.

As soon as I bought my first Cloud Hoodie in Crimson I knew I wanted a second in Juniper, but it was sold out so I joined the waitlist. Let me tell you, the SECOND I got a text notifying me it was back in stock, it was in my cart and I was paying for it! Absolutely gorgeous colour and the hype surrounding the Cloud Hoodies is no joke - just pick your favourite colour and buy one already! (I’m 146lbs, 5’6”, usually a Popflex S and the S/M side is perfect)

Omg I knew I was gonna love it but it's beyond anything I've ever seen. Amazing shape, comforting oversized structure but shape and length doesn't make you look like a sloppy bum. I'm already planning what other colours I'll order next

*LOVE* the color (crimson). It fits somewhat cropped which is flattering and lets you show off your booty. I usually wear it casually, or even when I'm lounging at home. It's super soft on the inside! The hood is a bit heavy so sometimes I need to readjust the neck, but otherwise it's perfect!

This is my new favorite hoodie! I am a hoodie wearer, but this one is my favorite of everything I own. I love the design at the neck to keep it from choking, and the fabric is amazing. It’s high quality - although it may not be as plush as some expect. It feels very durable, and the color is beautiful. I love the sleeves on it and the cropped length is perfect for me. I am not usually a fan of cropped things, but because this is oversized, it hits exactly where I want it, which is right at my waist/top of my hips. I am a high waisted pants person, but it also works with the few pairs of mid rise things I own without showing any skin. It will ride up a little when you lift your arms, but I always wear a shirt underneath when in public, so that is not a problem for me! Love it!
I am 5’3, 32C, and 125 lbs. I bought the S/M and love the fit. I could have sized down and I’m sure I would have fit too, but I like the S/M.
