RETURNS: Returns are complimentary with Checkout+ and are accepted within 30 days of purchase. All items must be in unworn, unwashed condition with all tags and adhesive liners intact. All panties must be returned in their original sealed bag with all tags intact. If you do not select Checkout+ you will purchase a return label inside the portal. Each return must use the label provided and multiple orders cannot be combined with one label. Your initial shipping charges and optional Checkout+ will not be refunded only the returned items are eligible for refund. International orders are not subject to Checkout+ however return labels are available for purchase inside the returns portal. You will not be refunded for initial shipping charges or any customs/taxes required for delivery. Items marked as final sale and gift cards are not eligible for return.
EXCHANGES: Customers in the U.S. who selected Checkout+ are eligible to make as many exchanges as needed to achieve their perfect fit provided all exchanges are completed within 30 days of purchase. Eligible items in the required condition can be exchanged for any product in the store.An even exchange is defined as changing the size of the same item. If there is a price difference you will either be credited to your original payment method if the item selected is lower in price, or you will be prompted to enter your preferred payment method if the item is higher in price.
International orders are not eligible for exchange we are only able to accept returns from customers shopping outside of the U.S.

I own 3 of these now and I love them sooo much! I first got it in Blue Storm, now I have it in Pistachio and Digital Lavender. Sadly, the lavender one, the strings broke in the dryer. Not sure how when I put it on delicate or "easy care." Nonetheless, I still love it even if it doesn't have the hoodie strings.
Also, I didn't think I'd match Pistachio but I'm glad I got the color, these might be the only hoodies I'll be living in for the rest of my life lol hoping they make a long one for longer torso ppl like me. Don't get me wrong, I still love this cropped, but there are just some days when I would like it to cover my whole torso.

Absolutely obsessed with the Zip Cloud Hoodie in Digital Lavender from Popflex! This hoodie is the perfect blend of cozy and cute. The fabric is buttery soft and plush—like wearing a cloud—and the oversized fit is flattering without feeling bulky. I got a Zip Cloud Hoodie in Deep Plum, and it's perfect! The cloud fabric is so soft and comfortable, and I love the dark pinky-purple color! It's great that it comes in so many colors so folks can get exactly what they want. The cord stoppers on the drawstrings are a great idea too! I usually have to tie up my hoodie drawstrings to prevent them from coming out in the wash. I'm 5'11" and I was a little concerned I would find this hoodie to be too short for me, but I think it's the perfect length! It covers my whole torso while showing off a little booty. I'm wearing a size M/L.
