Your initial shipping charges will not be refunded, only the purchase price of the items you're returning will be refunded. For International returns, you are responsible for any shipping charges spent to mail your return back.

Wow, wow, wow! I love this bag so much! I had wanted to get it for a while, but was hesitant at first because it was a bit on the pricier side… but it was truly worth every penny! I tested it out for a few days before writing my review, and so far, I have no complaints. It is so spacious and fits everything I need (and even has a wonderful pocket for my iPad!). The bag is sturdy and stable, and I love that you can adjust the straps to any length you want. This bag has such big pockets, too, I can even fit my Stanley in the side pockets, which is so helpful. This is my new go-to bag and I love it so much! Cassey, if you’re reading this, you should 100% bring this bag back in more colors! If you’re thinking about purchasing this bag, do it! I promise you will not regret it :)

I have had this bag for eight months now and I still love it! I love all the little pockets to keep everything organized. Also it looks a little small but because of the way it is designed you can fit everything you need. I also love the zipper closing the bag up. I travel with it all the time and for me it's an added safety measure. Love love love!!!

The Small Sloane Tote is better than I was expecting. Just by feeling it, you can tell it was made with quality materials and attention to detail. It is larger than it appeared in the photos but is still a great size. I can fit my usual purse items along with a change of clothes and a diaper for my toddler. Overall, the amount/size of the pockets is extremely helpful without being too much. My only "complaint" would be that the two bottle pockets on the outside of the purse are not made wide enough for anything larger than a small/average-sized sippy cup. This is disappointing but compared to the positives of the bag, It's not an issue.

I LOVE how practical this bag is!!! I'm glad the color is neutral (I got the beige one), because it goes with everything. I can fit all the stuff I like to carry around without my bag becoming a blackhole because there are SO many pockets. I think it can even function as a decent gym bag unless you need to bring a change of clothes for work. If you bring lightweight clothing like athletic shorts and a shirt, you could probably make it work, but otherwise, you'll want to size up to the bigger size tote.
