RETURNS: Returns are complimentary with Checkout+ and are accepted within 30 days of purchase. All items must be in unworn, unwashed condition with all tags and adhesive liners intact. All panties must be returned in their original sealed bag with all tags intact. If you do not select Checkout+ you will purchase a return label inside the portal. Each return must use the label provided and multiple orders cannot be combined with one label. Your initial shipping charges and optional Checkout+ will not be refunded only the returned items are eligible for refund. International orders are not subject to Checkout+ however return labels are available for purchase inside the returns portal. You will not be refunded for initial shipping charges or any customs/taxes required for delivery. Items marked as final sale and gift cards are not eligible for return.
EXCHANGES: Customers in the U.S. who selected Checkout+ are eligible to make as many exchanges as needed to achieve their perfect fit provided all exchanges are completed within 30 days of purchase. If you opt out of Checkout+ we offer two complimentary U.S. exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Should you need more than two exchanges you can purchase a label inside the portal. To be eligible for exchange all items must be in unworn, unwashed condition with all tags and adhesive liners intact. All panties must be returned in their original sealed bag with all tags intact. Items marked as final sale and gift cards are not eligible for exchange.
Eligible items in the required condition can be exchanged for any product in the store.An even exchange is defined as changing the size of the same item. If selecting a new item or color of the same item you will be credited for the amount paid and you will be able to shop the full site with that credit. If there is a price difference you will either be credited to your original payment method if the item selected is lower in price, or you will be prompted to enter your preferred payment method if the item is higher in price.
International orders are not eligible for exchange we are only able to accept returns from customers shopping outside of the U.S.

Very practical for travelling or going for active walk. Bag is not too small nor too big. Love having many separate pockets that can fit and separate all my essentials (phone, keys, smaller wallet, tissue pack, snack bar, gum). Smaller inner mesh pockets are very useful to keep smaller things in place (like gum, lipstick, eyedrops). Fabric is soft, belt is strong, zippers work smoothly :)

This is the perfect everyday “little” big that fits all your essentials! It has great little pockets to keep it organized. Love the material which is easy to clean. I have 3 in different colors now lol

I have the Athena backpack and this is the perfect companion!! Highly recommend this and I don't even typically like fanny packs. But this is super versatile, holds a lot, and looks GREAT! Definitely amazing design and if it's not sold out, definitely snag it. I had to pounce on it last time as soon as the restock notification came in.
