RETURNS: Returns are complimentary with Checkout+ and are accepted within 30 days of purchase. All items must be in unworn, unwashed condition with all tags and adhesive liners intact. All panties must be returned in their original sealed bag with all tags intact. If you do not select Checkout+ you will purchase a return label inside the portal. Each return must use the label provided and multiple orders cannot be combined with one label. Your initial shipping charges and optional Checkout+ will not be refunded only the returned items are eligible for refund. International orders are not subject to Checkout+ however return labels are available for purchase inside the returns portal. You will not be refunded for initial shipping charges or any customs/taxes required for delivery. Items marked as final sale and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Eligible items in the required condition can be exchanged for any product in the store.An even exchange is defined as changing the size of the same item. SO cute, you feel like a princess wearing this. I ordered a medium and found the straps to be a little too long for my short torso. I wish they were adjustable, but will be trying a small on the next order.

Love the Cleo and 100% want another color! Also would be great to see a tank version of this or maybe even a dress version. The boning is so cute and princessy without being too much. Very subtle. Check fit though as it was a bit dicey with the straps not being adjustable. My usual size worked well thankfully! Buttercream is soooo beautiful. This coverage is also amazing for all sizes. Please a Cleo dress or another high necked dress for those who need the guaranteed coverage!

As per the reviews, I decided to size down to avoid the straps being too long (short torso), but it was much too small to be comfortable. Luckily for me, going back to my usual size (M) barely worked! The straps sag a teeny bit but not enough to look or feel off. :)
