DELIVERY TIME: Please allow 5-8 days for delivery of your order if in the U.S. Please allow 2-5 weeks for international orders to arrive depending on each country's customs inspection and postal delivery practices.

RETURNS: We accept returns (excluding items marked final sale, gift cards, and food items) within 30 days of delivery in unworn, unwashed condition with all tags and adhesive liners intact.  If you purchased “Easy Returns” at checkout, you will receive a free return label inside our return portal when submitting your return request. If you did not purchase “Easy Returns” you can purchase your return label in the portal. Your initial shipping charges will not be refunded, only the purchase price of the items you're returning will be refunded.

EXCHANGES: Customers in the U.S.  who participate in "Easy Returns" can make as many exchanges as needed on the items within the order to achieve their perfect fit.  If you do not select "Easy Returns" we offer two complimentary U.S. exchanges within 30 days of purchase.  To make additional exchanges you can purchase a label at the applicable shipping rate within the returns/exchange portal (excluding items marked final sale, gift cards, and food items).  Items must be in unworn, unwashed condition with all tags and adhesive liners intact. At this time we cannot offer exchanges for international orders as those must be returned.
