RETURNS: Returns are complimentary with Checkout+ and are accepted within 30 days of purchase. All items must be in unworn, unwashed condition with all tags and adhesive liners intact. All panties must be returned in their original sealed bag with all tags intact. If you do not select Checkout+ you will purchase a return label inside the portal. Each return must use the label provided and multiple orders cannot be combined with one label. Your initial shipping charges and optional Checkout+ will not be refunded only the returned items are eligible for refund. International orders are not subject to Checkout+ however return labels are available for purchase inside the returns portal. You will not be refunded for initial shipping charges or any customs/taxes required for delivery. Items marked as final sale and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Eligible items in the required condition can be exchanged for any product in the store.An even exchange is defined as changing the size of the same item. Ordered in digital lavender S/M. My mom & I loved it! For reference, I’m 5’8” & my mom is 5’4”. She’s more size 4-6 while I’m 6-8. It looks SOOOO good on my mom & me. I have a small top & wide bottoms so hoodies don’t look sexy on me unless they’re tapered in w/puffy sleeves. I’ve worn it almost every day ever since I bought it back in March. All my outfits revolve around the hoodie until summer hits in my location. The only thing I would say is that it’s definitely a slouchy hoodie so if you don’t like it perfectly falling off your shoulder then don’t buy. When zipped up, the hood is a bit to heavy so it’ll drag the neck up. I normally keep it partially zipped & let it fall slightly off my shoulder. Disclaimer: I accidentally washed it w/an item that colorbled so the pic is not accurate to when I initially bought it. It’s now more periwinkle. Pic is supposed to be all digital lavender but it’s no biggie for me. It actually works with all my outfits now.

The material is soft, the hood is a dream come true. It is comforting while not being heavy. I feel as though I could wear it all season long! I might consider sizing down since it doesn’t stay on a coat hanger at all, but otherwise I’m

I was waiting forever for this to be restocked!!! It is my most favorite hoodie ever. The hood does kind of pull back at my neck because of the hood though. The cloud hoodie with no zipper doesn’t do that as much though!

It’s easy (for me) to feel sexy in an oversized hoodie, but to actually LOOK sexy in an oversized hoodie is another matter entirely. The drop shoulder, blousey sleeves, the perfectly snatched ribbing along the bottom, the softness of the fabric — all of it is absolute perfection. As always, the small details (the drawstring hardware, the oversized hood, the subtle branding) elevate this beyond just a “normal” hoodie.

This hoodie is incredibly comfortable. I love pairing it with the matching pants for travel. I love when it falls perfectly off the shoulder, adding a little extra style. I need one in every color!
