RETURNS: Returns are complimentary with Checkout+ and are accepted within 30 days of purchase. All items must be in unworn, unwashed condition with all tags and adhesive liners intact. All panties must be returned in their original sealed bag with all tags intact. If you do not select Checkout+ you will purchase a return label inside the portal. Each return must use the label provided and multiple orders cannot be combined with one label. Your initial shipping charges and optional Checkout+ will not be refunded only the returned items are eligible for refund. International orders are not subject to Checkout+ however return labels are available for purchase inside the returns portal. You will not be refunded for initial shipping charges or any customs/taxes required for delivery. Items marked as final sale and gift cards are not eligible for return.
EXCHANGES: Customers in the U.S. who selected Checkout+ are eligible to make as many exchanges as needed to achieve their perfect fit provided all exchanges are completed within 30 days of purchase. If you opt out of Checkout+ we offer two complimentary U.S. exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Should you need more than two exchanges you can purchase a label inside the portal. Eligible items in the required condition can be exchanged for any product in the store.An even exchange is defined as changing the size of the same item. If selecting a new item or color of the same item you will be credited for the amount paid and you will be able to shop the full site with that credit. If there is a price difference you will either be credited to your original payment method if the item selected is lower in price, or you will be prompted to enter your preferred payment method if the item is higher in price.

I wish I could wear this jumper every day, but I can’t because I live in a hot country . I got this gorgeous jumper to travel in, and I wore it every single day. I run really cold. I get cold anything under 18°C and this jumper kept me warm. I was going for walks outside warm happy so cozy. This is perfect for the plane the hoodie you can really cover your face when you’re sleeping, I loved it so much. I got so many compliments and I might actually get a second one just to travel in again so I loved it. I love it so much thank you POPFLEX. I actually had a lot of shipping dramas with POPFLEX due invoice it happened twice and actually I lost money in my refund. I was issued full refund, but because of how glorious this jumper was, I’ve ordered more stuff. I’ve ordered the pure white skirts. I’ve ordered the troll skirts. I am. I’m just really convinced by the brand and how much effort they put into the design and the fabrics and I love the care. I got a few of the leggings as well that I received and I used to travel and I usually get itchy in leggings. These leggings were so comfortable. I didn’t get itchy at all. I have to say I love this brand so much and I’ve already placed five orders in the span of three months I’m obsessed. I’m obsessed and I love it so much but this jumper is amazing. I can’t wait to get another color.

Since I typically wear small or mediums, I originally purchased a size S/M. I think for my height 5'1 (small torso) the fit was too oversized. I was able to exchange it for a XSS/S and I love the fit. The quality is consistent, feels great to wear, and oh so warm! Love the color Digital Lavender :D

I live in this hoodie. It has become my go to grab hoodie.. either for a cozy night, cute outfit or back of my car "just in case" hoodie. Literally perfect for all. Flattering cut on my waist, doesnt yank my head back if I want to wear the hood, and the material is so comfy. Gonna order all the colors!
